Manage KYC settings to manually verify your users identity.

Identity Verification / Basic KYC Module

Allow your users to submit KYC application to verify their identity and manage applications internally.

Enable identity verification feature for user.
User allow to complete the identity verification form.
It will promote user to complete their verification but it will be not required.
Before proceed, identity verification will be required.
User unable to proceed until verified their identity.
Profile data will be locked once submitted the document.
User will not allow to change the name, address, country, date of birth, gender etc.
User must complete the profile before submit the document.
Temporarily disable new application submission.
Users unable to submit form for identity verification.
Add custom message to show on user-end.
This message will display when user going to proceed for identity verification.
KYC Form Settings

Manage your KYC application form to submit documents.

Form will not display if already present the user information.
User allow update the info before submission.
Select whatever you need for identity verification.
  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Phone Number
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Country
  • Address
Select document that user allow to upload for verification.
  • Allow passport for user identity verification.
  • Allow national ID for user identity verification.
  • Allow driving license for user identity verification.
Note: User can upload only one document if multiple selected.
  • Issued by Country
  • ID Number
  • Issue Date
  • Expiry Date
User allow to input their document information.
Select if user need to upload selfie for proof.
If Enable, Selfie with document will be required.
Select if you need additionally for verification.
  • Allow bank statements for additional verification.
  • Allow utility bill for additional verification.
Note: By default one will be required if both enabled.
